Many adults who identify with the traits of a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) or relate to experiences linked with autism and ADHD can spend years feeling “too much”, 'different' or misunderstood.

People can describe struggles with sensory sensitivities, strong emotions, social challenges, conflict in relationships, work related stress and burnout.

Julie McLachlan is a psychologist who has experience supporting people with HSP traits or the characteristics of autism or ADHD, she can help create a compassionate and practical path forward. Therapy can provide support with overwhelm, boundaries, communication, supportive practices for your nervous system and can uncover many other ways of supporting yourself.

By creating a safe, neuro-affirming environment, Julie assists people to connect with their strengths, explore supportive practices and identify options that are tailored specifically for their individual needs.
